Founded nearly 550 years ago, on the Dambovita River banks by the famous Prince of Wallachia - Vlad Tepes, Bucharest was later transformed into the capital of the region and over time is transformed into a European metropolis.
The period of communism has left big footprints in the aspect of the city, but thanks to modernization period, today is a very interesting city with night bars, restaurants, cafes, museums, parks and gardens.
Bucharest is a city of wide boulevards, architecture "end of this century", things that have given the nickname of "Little Paris".

Tour description
Meeting with the guide at the hotel.
Before exit the city toward Prahova Valley we will have a panoramic tour of Bucharest, visiting the main objectives of the city: Parliament Palace, Military Academy, Revolution Square, the Romanian Athenaeum, the former Royal Palace, Arch of the Triumph, Victoriei Square and Victoriei Avenue.
After the panoramic tour, we are leaving the city for the beautiful Prahova Valley, famous for its tourist resorts that are located in this beautiful region of the Carpathians.
Arrival in Sinaia resort, called for its beauty the "Pearl of the Carpathians", where we will visit: the wonderful Peles Palace, built by the first representative of the Romanian monarchy - Carol I, member of the Hohenzollern family Zigmaringen.
We will have lunch at the former Royal Sheepfold (local traditional dishes) and we also have a short visit at Sinaia Monastery, which gave the resort name.
Back to Bucharest, we will have time for one more hour for a short walk in the old city center and maybe for one more visit according with your interest.
